How To Reinstall Windows Without Losing Anything Here Is Another Possible Solution: easy way and tested:
1- Start Windows XP
2- Go to the location of your source files
3- Run WINNT32 /unattend
For example, D:\I386\winnt32 /unattend ( copy & paste this command into the RUN box, then press ENTER ) Your computer will do the rest.
Or,
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
Copy & paste > D:\I386\winnt32 /unattend
Press Enter.
If you have i386 on your drive, you can replace D: ( if D: is your cd drive ) with the location of it.
I've often need to do this to repair something thathad gotten corrupted and didn't want to do a clean install.
D: is the driver letter where your windows XP Cd is
if D:\I386\winnt32 /unattend doesn't work then try : d:\winnt32 /unattend.

However, I came across the following explanation bundled with the latest windows7 loader:
"There are only 3 known Windows 7 Ultimate OEM:SLP keys at the moment (Dell, Lenovo, Acer)"
"You can use any key on any OEM equipment, as the product keys do not encode the OEM:
the Dell key will work on an Acer computer and vice-versa. In fact, it looks like almost
all OEMs used the exact same key for Vista."
haven't tried this yet cuz I need an external drive to backup my data, but thought I'd pass
it on anyway, let me know if you find something better

MS Office 2010 Lifetime Activation Updateable
Instructions-
1. Install Office Professional Plus 2010
(I recommend a fresh install with no KMS and other stuff).
NOTE: THIS WORKS WITH BOTH X86 AND X64 OFFICE 2010 PROFESSIONAL PLUS ONLY.
2. Run the EXE file.
3. Click on \"Licence Backup\"
4. Uncheck \"Save Keys\" and Check \"Reinstall Keys\"
5. In the typing bar of \"Backup name\" type: prime
6. After typing: prime, click \"restore\".
7. Let it do its thing and say activation was successful
8. Open one of the Office Products such as \"Excel\" or \"Word\"
9. You will be prompted to activate if via online or through the phone.
10. Select the phone and pick your countries phone number.
11. Listen to the lady on the phone and give her the numbers she asks from you.
12. Click next to get a confirmation that your activation was successful.
13. Go to the program you opened and the select File, then go to Help, you will see that \"Activation is Required\"
Close or Exit the program and reopen it and the goto File, then to Help and see that your Activation was successful.
14. You can UPDATE all the programs with windowsupdate just like a normal copy of Office 2010.

3- Run WINNT32 /unattend
For example, D:\I386\winnt32 /unattend ( copy & paste this command into the RUN box, then press ENTER ) Your computer will do the rest.
Or,
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
Copy & paste > D:\I386\winnt32 /unattend
Press Enter.
If you have i386 on your drive, you can replace D: ( if D: is your cd drive ) with the location of it.
I've often need to do this to repair something thathad gotten corrupted and didn't want to do a clean install.
D: is the driver letter where your windows XP Cd is
if D:\I386\winnt32 /unattend doesn't work then try : d:\winnt32 /unattend.

A. Installation notes:
This cracked ashBase.dll simply should be replaced with the original ashBase.dll.
Make sure to read all the install notes below and understand.
If the crack is detected by your antivirus software then add the crack to
the "exclusions" lists of real-time protection and auto-scan. You may need to disable real-time protection and auto-scan before copying the crackinto
the avast program directory, and when adding thecrack to the exclusions lists.
If the crack is removed by your antivirus software then Simply Redownload or
restore and exclude

Note - Avastsvc is avast service can be stopped through services tab!
Stop firewall Service for avast IS !
09. Copy and paste the included cracked ashBase.dll from the crack folder
into the avast program directory (replacing the original ashBase.dll file).
Default avast program directory -> C:\Program Files\Avast Software\Avast Or C:\Program Files\alwilsoftware\avast
Note- replacing needs admin priveleges... if any trouble go to safe mode and paste !!
10. Reboot the computer after pasting the cracked ashBase.dll into the install dir.
11. Run avast, and check mark again "Enable avast!self-defense module".
IMPORTANT-
12. At Settings > Updates, set PROGRAM "Automatic update" to > "Manual update".
13. Connect internet, and make sure that avast canconnect to internet.
14. Subscription Should be Auto-activated ,
If not go to Maintenance -> Subscription -> Activate trial period And click Activate.
15. Wait a few seconds, and avast will be activated till 14-03-2050.
16. avast can now be updated, but update ONLY the engine and virus definitions Not the program.

A. Installation notes:
This cracked ashBase.dll simply should be replaced with the original ashBase.dll.
Make sure to read all the install notes below and understand.
If the crack is detected by your antivirus software then add the crack to
the "exclusions" lists of real-time protection and auto-scan. You may need to disable real-time protection and auto-scan before copying the crackinto
the avast program directory, and when adding thecrack to the exclusions lists.
If the crack is removed by your antivirus software then Simply Redownload or
restore and exclude
the crack through your antivirus (Quarantaine or History, or something similar).
Uninstall any previous installed version of avast first.
AND CLEAN REGISTRY IF POSSIBLE!!
01. Disconnect internet during installation.
02. Install avast.IS.6.0.1000 or avast.AV.Pro.6.0.1000 (not both!) in trial mode.
03. It's recommended to uncheck "Participate in the avast! community".
(Such info is used to add crack signatures etc tovirus databases.)
04. To install additional avast languages choose avast "Custom Installation".
> Don't download languages through avast (it will render the license invalid)!
05. After installation do NOT reboot, and run avast.
Important-
06. At Settings -> Troubleshooting: uncheck"Enable avast! self-defense module".
07. Launch Windows Task Manager by pressing keyboard keys CTRL - SHIFT - Esc,
and let it show all users running processes.
08. Terminate AvastSvc.exe and AvastUI.exe in Windows Task Manager.
Note - Avastsvc is avast service can be stopped through services tab!
Stop firewall Service for avast IS !
09. Copy and paste the included cracked ashBase.dll from the crack folder
into the avast program directory (replacing the original ashBase.dll file).
Default avast program directory -> C:\Program Files\Avast Software\Avast Or C:\Program Files\alwilsoftware\avast
Note- replacing needs admin priveleges... if any trouble go to safe mode and paste !!
